Jeopardy Goes to the Farmer's Market

This morning I went to Downtown Billings on a photography expedition. The Jeopardy bus was at the Sheraton to recruit for the show but no, I did not try out. I know "third times the charm" and all of that but I didn't feel inclined to take the Jeopardy test and fail miserably yet again. I went to get pictures....

I expected to see a line of people but there wasn't anyone there. I suspected they must have been inside the Sheraton but I really wasn't too interested in finding out. I was in a picture taking mood. There are quite a few of the Bighorn Magic rams downtown and I did manage to get pictures of five of them which I will post in a few days. The Farmers Market was also being held in the same area which made it difficult to find some of the rams. But it was cool just to mingle and take in the sights and aroma of the Farmers Market...

The Farmer's Market is held under SkyPoint in Downtown Billings. Don't ask me what SkyPoint is. I think it is supposed to be artistic but I think it looks like a carnival ride.

The Hutterite women came with busloads of fresh produce grown at their colonies.

What delighted me most of all was the music being played on every corner. It was excellent music. Everything from an accordion player...

to a fiddler....

to a vocalist...

004

to a guitarist...

to a five-gallon bucket!

These two guys were great! They were my favorites.

I took some other shots while I was downtown. Mostly some of the buildings downtown which I think are beautiful. Hope everyone enjoyed these ones. (Matty, I took the ones of the Jeopardy bus just for you!)

Thanks for taking us to market, Pandora. That was fun!

Thanks for the great photos. I could not help but notice how C L E A N the streets look. That's something we would not likely see around here at a street fair.
